So I haven't been feeling the greatest these past few days, I feel like I have been eating more often, I am not sure if this is a bad thing or not, as I am still under my calorie goal by then end of the day. But these past few days that I am EXTREMELY tired, feel a little lite headed sometimes and have no energy! I go to bed around 9:00pm and I get up around 6:00am. The only exercise I am doing is the 30 DS, so I don't think I am burning myself out that way. I also get that "hungry" feeling stronger and then have something to eat, but then that hungry feeling comes again right away. I make sure that I feel like I have enough to eat at meals, because by all means I don't feel like I am starving when I am done eating and I am drinking at least 13 cups of water a day. Has anyone else experienced this? Oh my calories are set for 1790.

I dont know what to tell you just theories about what it might be. My guess would be to much water. I took a look at your food diary and it seems your eating enough. I think your body is trying to tell you to slow down it needs a rest. Maybe take a day off and do nothing, just lay in bed watch some movies and lounge all day. See if that helps you. Or maybe your on the verge of getting sick. Sometimes i feel really drained when im starting to get sick. Well i dont know if any of this will help you , but good luck and i hope you feel better soon. Friend me if you want0

As long as you're eating above your BMR and eat back your exercise calories, it probably isn't food related.
You might be getting sick with something. Do you usually get seasonal allergies? Stressed about anything? Try getting more sleep or take a day off of working out!0 -
Coming down with something?
Malabsorption problem such as celiacs?
B12 and iron levels?0 -
When I've experienced these types of symptoms, it usually means that I'm eating the wrong foods - not enough fruits, veggies and legumes and too many calories coming from processed foods, dairy, or other calorie dense foods. Also, your diet needs to be varied enough to make sure that you are getting all of your minerals and vitamins.

Thanks for all the reply's!! All I have been doing these past few days is NOTHING!!! I make myself to the 30 DS and that is about it! No I am not pregnant
Maybe I am coming down with something, I don't know, I just know that I have never had these symptoms all together. I just thought I would throw it out there and see what others might have to say if they have had these!!

Iron? women can get anemia. It will make you tired and fuzzy. If it doesn't pass you may want to have the dr. check. I kind of vote for take a day or two to rest though, often when you are fighting a bug you'll feel crummy. I sometimes get hungry when my body is trying not to get sick.0

If you are getting hungry aim for eating more protein less carbs. When I go over 100 grams of carbs I notice I am always hungry. I aim for a minimum of 120 gram of protein, and I rarely feel hungry.
For example if I have a cup of cereal I will be hungry within in hour, if I have a cup of egg whites with veggies, I won't be hungry for another 3 to 4 hours.0 -
I went through something very similar to this last year. Turns out I was pregnant.0

I think anybody on a weight reduction regimen would do well to take a multi-vitamin to promote adequate vitamin. I would double check levels of Iron, B-12, etc. Exercise really can enhance your stamina but with the problems with light-headedness sugar could be implied as well. Perhaps a general check-up with your physician is in order. If you have a lot of life stress, depression cannot be totally ruled out... It affects at least 30% of women at some point in their lives... And fatigue is a major symptom of it.0

Have you been checked for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)? A lot of our patients here at the hospital have the same issue. Crash after eating a lot of carbs and get hungry again quickly. So many people are concerned about high blood-sugar they don't realize the other end of the spectrum is just as bad.0

Your carbs are super high... do you always eat that many carbs? I didn't look at the quality of them to much, but carbs do trigger the parasympathetic nervous system, they slow you down, make you feel groggy and tired.
This must be my problem too...0 -
Too many carbs?? From what I see, most of the time I am under my carbs. But is that amount considered too much? I just go by the amount they give me and that I try to stay under them lol. I just hope this goes away, it sucks to have no energy0
