I've had the App for a week, but first time on the website

Hey guys, my name is Josiel Garcia and I have been using myfitnesspal for about a week already and adding every single one of my meals and snack. It helps me keep track of my caloric and protein intake for optimal results. I am currently 169 lbs and have it set up to gain a couple more pounds. I am currently consuming about 2000 calories a day and over 200g of protein. Before this, I would eat a large amount of starchy, high carbohydrated, and fatty foods throughout the day because I live in a Cuban home. I have also been working out for over a year. Using this app/website has allowed me to cut back on unhealthy food habits and focus on a healthy intake of protein.
