Hey guys, I have recently started a new, healthy eating diet to reduce my body fat percentage and I have began to cut back a large amount of carbohydrates and have increase the amount of protein I have eaten. With this tip and some adequate exercise, you are sure to see the pounds shed right off. Try to refrain from eating a lot of potatoes, rice, etc. and substitute it with spinach or any other desired vegetable. In between meals, I enjoy snacking on a protein bar and if I am hungry before bed, I eat some cottage cheese or drink a protein shake. Cottage cheese is one of the most healthiest snack because it is low in calories, low in carbs, and high in protein. I also highly recommend Winn-Dixie 0% Greek Yogurt for an only 100 calorie snack with 18g of protein.
