    i am new to this and i am looking for some friends who are incouraging and who are struggling with the same issues that i am . I need to lose over a 100 pds and want the person back that i know i am. Happy go luckie

    I am 52 also and I have lost 11kg (24lb) so far....I also want to get down to about (62kg) 136lb..... I am slowly feeling the old me come back too....its been over 20 years since I was in the 60kgs.....and I'm sort of worried about whether I'm ready to be slim again...so I am happy that it is actually coming off quite slowly so that I can adjust to it mentally.

    I have found this site and having friends here a wonderful way to get motivated. When I started last october I joined a forum thread for women over 50 but after collecting a few friends I just use the newsfeed with them now and only occasionally look at forums (like now).... feel free to send me a friend request but please tell me a bit about yourself if you do. :flowerforyou:
