27y.o Mother of 2 - 187lbs to 145lbs - Fingers Crossed

Basically, I'm back on MFP because it works. I used it before to drop weight and as soon as I quit using MFP and lost that accountability, I gained every icky pound back. This time, I am going to be as determined as I was the last time. However, I'm going to continue to watch what I eat. Not just until I drop a size or two.

I have a much bigger goal this time. I currently weight 187lbs and want to get down to 145 (at the lowest). So that's a whole 42lbs!

Wish me luck. Any words of encouragement are greatly appreciated. Especially if you're in the same weight category as I am.
