The Mid-Atlantic Tough Mudder is going to be held in Maryland over the weekend of September 8-9.

A few of us who have been friends on MFP for a year now will be racing and meeting for the first time in 3D.

If anyone is doing the race as an individual and is looking to join a team, I've registered one named "My Fitness Pals" that will be doing the Saturday race at 10 AM. If you are interested in joining our team, hit me up for details.

If you don't know what Tough Mudder is all about, you can check out the website at www.toughmudder.com to see if this is something you might be interested in doing. It is tough, but you have plenty of time to train!

    Hey - I'm doing the Mid-Atlantic Sept 8 at 10AM. I couldn't find anyone crazy enough to sign up with me. I'd love to meet a group of MFP folks to have some company and some help on the crazy obstacles...
