Hello!

I'm new! Please call me Stormy, or my screen name lol.
I have a lot of trouble motivating myself to stick to a routinely work out. I'm actually good about my diet. Does anyone else have this issue? Any ideas on what to do to reverse the bad habits?
Anyway, I'm working on getting the hang of implementing myfitnesspal in my life! I hope to maybe meet some friends and motivators so we can all push each other to a healthier life style.
