are they good for dinner while im on a 1200 cal diet? i hear a lot of people say that people should shop on the outsides of the market and this is in the frozen section which is on the outside of my market... they seem to be good in cal and no trans fat...

Watch the sodium in those, I'm assuming lean gourmet is a frozen dinner? I've just never seen that brand. Fresh is better but if you don't have time and such it might be an ok option. Good luck!

for the amount of sodium and other counts, you're better off eating fresh produce and veggies and cooking some boneless/skinless chicken breasts...you'll feel a LOT fuller and not so bloaty. I just don't think these have enough food for the counts you end up using...just my opinion.:flowerforyou:0
