On my feet at work

I was wondering how I should go about setting my activity level, or how I should log being on my feet 5-8 hours a day at work. I work in a small cafe, so I'm not necessarily running back and forth all day, unless it's busy, but I'm definitely more agile than one might be at a desk job. I don't exactly break a sweat like I do at the gym.
