Hey guys, I'm new here and I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs. I want you guys to post pics of your meals just so I can get a few ideas on how to eat right without starving myself. I either go home or go all out which isn't very healthy. Thanks! I'll post a pic of what me and a couple friends had for dinner tonight.
