In need of a motivation buddy or two

So I have a long history of being at war with my body. From contemplating eating disorders (which ended up me being too scared of the possibilites, thank goodness) to just trying to come to terms and be at peace with how I am. But earlier this week I finally decided to commit to a healthy way of losing weight. I'm currently 185lbs. and 5'8. In the long term I want to lose at least 30 or 40 pounds in the next year. But for now I have a trip to Cabo in late June that I want to lose at least 10 or 15 pounds for. I have a lot of trouble with motivation especially since my boyfriend is on deployment, or else he would be my workout buddy haha. I just need someone to turn to when I have days that I want to quit and to look to for food and exercise ideas. I'm excited to get the ball rolling and be a happier me!

    It's great that you are deciding to change your lifestyle and become healthier! That's always good to hear. If you need motivation though I'm here to support. I myself am trying to improve eating habits and my main goal is to become healthy. All I want is to feel good and I know it's something that has to come from within! There will be tough days, but if you stick through it, the results will be totally worth it in the end.
