i was wondering if you guys count your fruits and veggies as part of your calorie intake. right now i have a system going of eating alternating calories a day . per week im averaging 1700 calories perday I am not counting veggies or fruit as part of the calories. I am losing weight. i'm doing a version of ww with my own twist (since i can't get the program here where i live even online)
except with calories. do any of you do this and does it work for you or do you count your veggie/fruit calories?

Of course....if it has calories I log it. If you eat several pieces of fruit a day it soon adds up.0

yeah i log everything i eat - for instance i eat banana's almost every day and they are about 100 or more calories so - they soon mount up.0
