Hi I'm new to calorie counting i started on Monday and have been doing ok but i've been weighing myself everday with varied results i've always been within my calorie range and i've lost 4lb up until this morning where i'd put on a lb. This makes sense because some days i eat less calories than others but to measure weight loss should i really be weighing myself everyday?? any advice would be much apreciated.
Cheers dave

Just stick to weighing yourself once a week, at the same time every week. Your weight fluctuates up and down pretty often based on water weight, so you're fine.0

I agree, one a week. I usually do it in the morning as soon as I get up before I eat anything, so its the same day, same time each week.

I agree pick a day of the week and a time that you can weigh yourself every week. I would also suggest measuring yourself at least once a month. There will become a time that you may not loose as much weight as you want, but you will be loosing fat and gaining muscle.
Good luck0 -
Same day every week...1st thing in the morning before eating anything...wearing the same thing or nothing! Haha!0

I weigh myself everyday in the morning after I have had a b.m. and before I eat. I want to see that I’m heading in the right direction each day.0
