Just a small rant here. I do not know why, but I cannot stand to do my cardio work. Thursday is strictly a cardio workout for me and it isn't like I go all day, just 30-45 min, but I dread it because I don't like it. I can lift weights all day long and LOVE it. I know I need the cardio and thus push to do it, but...........EWWW! I only wish I enjoyed it like some folks I know.:ohwell:

What are you dong? It may just be the particular exercise or machine that you don't like. There are lots of ways to get your heart rate up and burn calories.

well try different forms of cardio, you can try swimming instead, I love doing laps in olympic sized pools or you can do rowing instead of just jogging...try HIIT its faster and will burn fat better than steady paced cardio will. cardio isnt limited to running

Brian~~today was Elliptical followed by recumbent bike. On my other four weight days, I typically do treadmill at about incline 14 for 10 min or so after my weights, sometimes the elliptical 10 min. I just cannot get into it. I have had knee surgery on the Lt knee twice so running is out. I see women (mostly) stay on that equipment for an hour. It just isn't my thing I guess.

LOL, creature, I do not swim. Afraid of the water. Kinda pathetic for living in Florida, huh?
