Hi, I'm Bria. I've been on MFP for a week now and I'm already feeling more energetic and healthy. I started this journey when we got an xbox kinect a few weeks ago and now I have no excuse not to exercise. I love seeing everyone's success stories and I can't wait to share my own in the future.

I haven't lost any weight yet but but I'm already seeing results in my measurements (2 in off my waist since I started exercising!)

I wouldn't worry too much about the weight...it's the inches that matter!!

Definitely good work with the inches. I've just started doing a weekly inch check - on Sundays. I started last week too so we'll see what happens!0

I love the Kinect! The day we got it, I played the boxing game for about six hours. Needless to say, the next day, my arms were useless. Haha. Its a great way to distract yourself from feeling like you're working out. Welcome to the site!0
