carbs and proteins!

What shall i do if I have overate on my carbs and proteins? how will this affect my diet and is there any way to burn it off? exercise?

As long as you aren't overeating in total calorie intake for the day over your TDEE (maintenance level), then you're fine. You might retain water and glycogen from the carbs but that in turn will pass as well.
Also you burn off calories doing anything, from exercise to creating threads on MFP.0 -
Its overall calories that matter tbh. I'd rather eat too much protein than carbs however, as to convert protein to carbs is a wasteful process for the body and will use a small amount of energy in this process... killing off calories you have eaten (gluconeogenesis).0
