P90X

Anyone do P90X and have a hard time completing the first DVD with the pull ups/push ups? I got down to 20 min left and could not do the push ups to save my life. The diamond one - killer. The one with the feet on the chair - killer! Being that I am not good at pushups anyway this was a challenge but I did what I could and feel bad I stopped it with 20 min to go when it got to the point I could not handle the pushups because I -1 Didnt know how to do them and 2 couldnt do them the way they were because it is hard! Do you just do regular pushups to keep going?

    you can do whatever push you can get done...you'll get stronger within a couple of weeks that you'll be able to do what they do in the videos. Just keep going and you'll get stronger!

    I just started, did Chest and Back last night for the first time....so sore today! I had the same problem, not ever been able to do push ups and really lack those muscles/strength. I did what I could, slowed it down to my pace and kept in mind I will get stronger as I go! Good luck to you! I am excited to get through and see results! :)
