Engagement Photos a wreck

Me and my fiance had engagement photos taken over the weekend.
What a mess. We got some good shots, but there were some that were very unflaterring.
My wedding is on 9/1/12, so I plan to get myself into some better shape by then.

It's almost embarrassing.... that night after getting a few engagement photos emailed to us, I brought up some pics of me from a few years ago before I met my fiance. Very noticible difference. That's my motivation....
