back at it

so after like 3 weeks of little accountability for the food i've been consuming- I've decided its time to get back at it. although i've been exercising at least 6 days a week I know i've been eating too much and I haven't seen any progress and I feel bloated and yucky. It was my bday last week and I ate cake and ice cream and we've had family in town and so.. yeah its just been difficult to make good food choices! i feel like I'm back at square one.. but oh well! wish me luck
