logging exercises

A few questions someone may be able to help me with:
On the days when I do weight training, I add it under Cardiovascular--->and the option for "Strength training,weight lifting" comes up.
Is this pretty accurate?
Also, on the other days I simply do Cardio which is straight forward but what about floor exercises, leg raises, squats etc...how can know what I burn doing those?
