I am 40 yr old female with fistulizing Crohn's disease. After two surgeries and trying every med in the book, I am currently maintaining semi-remission with exercise and diet (gluten-free). I am interested in hearing from others and sharing tips and support on how you control your Crohn's symptoms.

I was diagnosed a few years ago.
For me I go strictly with the low-residue diet, and of course the 6 horse pills of pentasa daily. And thanks to prednisone and daily aspirin (for something else), my stomach is shot to hell now and I've developed ulcers, so I just started a double dose of prilosec daily.0 -
Also there is this group on MFP: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/1328-fighting-crohn-s-ibs-ibd
