Hi everyone,
I've decided to replace my 'low fat' frozen meal with fresh meat and vegetables, but when I look at things like lamb chops the 'fat' element of it scares me!
I have grilled chicken breast 2-3 times a week already, but what other fresh meat can I buy that is good for protein (I go to the gym monday-friday for 45-65 minutes) but isn't very high in fat?
Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks

The best way to find lean cuts of beef & pork is just to eyeball it. Find something with little visible fat. Pork chops are quite lean if you don't eat the fat around the edges. There are a lot of lean cuts of beef, too. Turkey is also a great choice!
But don't be afraid of a little fat. It really won't kill you if you have it in moderation. It adds great flavor, too! ...but don't overdo it, lol.0 -
