    Not quite 50 but getting there. Getting up in the mornings to workout is tough for me, but once I am in the groove watch out.

    Well that is my goal to be 50 fabulous and FIT... I will turn 50 next June so am working on getting there by journaling everything that goes in my mouth and started a great workout plan with the help of MFP...accountablity that is the answer. :smile:

    I celebrated my 54th a couple of weeks ago. I can't say I'm in the best shape of my life, but I exercise regularly, MFP has been a big help on watching my calories, and I feel pretty good. I work out at a boxing gym with guys and gals half my age and do better than most of them. Age is just a number. :wink:

    I'm 55yo and have lost 29pounds with about at least 50 to go. MFP has really helped
