Ahh the joys of starting over!

A few weeks back I started to do squats and dead lifts again. I couldn't believe I could not even TOUCH the weight I used to be able to lift a few years ago. I mean I had a trainer tell me my forms were incorrect on both exercises, very depressing. I used to be able to dead lift about 500 pounds and now I am back to using 45 weights on each side to make sure my form is correct, and same with my squats. Just wanted to rant. :laugh:
