A little success at last

i have been dieting for 13 days now and i have lost 9lb :)

thanks to myfitnesspal it keeps me motivated, seeing all my calories and seeing the amount of calories in junk food would make you sick considering how much more food you can have if you good.

Its only been my first week ill see how well im doing a week or 2 from now, but for now im over the moon about it.

    9lbs is alot to lose in one week, don't know how you did it but good for you!! Just don't get discouraged if you don't see that everyweek. 1lb/week is much healthier way to lose. :flowerforyou:

    believe you me i dont know how i did it myself either lol, ive been eating three meals a day and just walking everyday, im not doing anything out of the ordinary, i could never starve myself lol.

    That is absolutely fabulous!!!
    This tends to happen more quickly the first week or 2 so please do not get discouraged when it does slow down to 1-2 lbs per week.
