I was diagnosed with idiopathic tracheal stenosis a few years back and am trying everything I can think of nutrition wise to "fix" it. Does anyone else here struggle with it? What's worked to help you breathe better and what hasn't?

Hi Bellly,
I have tracheal stenosis as well and really wish I could find a natural way to control it with nutrition but I really haven't found anything as of yet. I have had it for 5 years and the only way I can find relief is through balloon dilations every 4 months. It has really taken a toll on my fitness and I am currently looking into a tracheal resection to fix the issue. Some things that I do find that help with the "clogs" are a good humidfier, lots of water and minimal dairy.0
