Long story short - I'm spending the night in the hospital and bumming the WiFi (which, I'm not supposed to know the key too... shhhhh).
But, I have my spreadsheet on my laptop, so I can update the chart with any new weights.0 -

Weighed in this morning and I'm SO unhappy...134 (thats a lb on).. been really good and excercised lots so I have decided that its the time of the month and to ignore it! lol
I'm having a no chocolate week!

Sorry I have been MIA recently. My husband and I went back to Chicago for a few days so we could see his family. It was a fun but I am glad to be home!! Here is my weigh in for this week:

*sigh* I never got the chance to mention that I have hurt my knees. they've been KILLING me since friday...it makes everyday things hard to do, so i haven't exercised since thursday night. not sure how i managed to survive work, but i did. i guess i'll be making a doctor appointment soon..:grumble: :sad:
so I am pretty upset at myself for hurting my knees. I want to exercise so bad but...:explode:
I am trying to stay on track with eating but it's been hard lately...so with the bad knees and all, i've been feeling pretty down...but I'm trying..

Jess - I'm sorry you hurt your knees and that you are feeling down. :sad: I hope you feel better soon. :flowerforyou: Don't fret too much about not being able to exercise - you'll get back to it when you can. Best to take care of your body, girl. I am also having trouble staying on track with eating... :grumble: And I also cannot exercise since I'm still stuck in the hospital and will be until probably thursday at the earliest. So anyway, take care of yourself. We'll get there. Keep your chin up.0
