Obviously OVEReating won't help you lose weight, but it does if you were previously undereating and causing your metabolism to stall out.0

It's helped the 100+ people I have worked with. If you need to, eat higher calorie foods, not more food. Eat nuts or peanut butter (even out of the jar) or have protein shakes or bars. More calories doesn't mean more food, it just means making smarter choices.0
