How To Avoid Loose Skin As I Loose Weight

In the very early part of my weight loss journey. Wondering what should I be doing to help all the loose skin that I am going to be developing? Most concerned about my tummy area and upper arms. Just started lifestyle modification in mid-March. Have lost 6 pounds. Started 30 Day Shred this past Monday and plan on doing that 6 days a week for 30 days on Level 1, then hope to graduate to Level 2 and do that for 30 days and finally Level 3 for 30 days. I should mention how out of shape I am and although I am completing Level 1 it is difficult, especially the cardio parts. I am a 47 y/o female, 5'6" and my starting weight was about 211. Goal weight is about 130-135. Suggestions appreciated.
