I won't be able to make it home for lunch today. What are some good foods that I can pick up?

I loove subway, but you have to be careful to look at their nutrition guide, while you are thinking about what to order.

but if you can make it to the store, you could pick up a premade salad..apple, juice or water. usually you can find premade stuff that is healthy at stores.

head to a grocery and get a rotisserie chicken and some frozen veggies to nuke (If you have access to a microwave). Then you can take the chicken leftovers home!

Subway can be a good choice. Or else a small portion from Noodles and Company, something from the Lighten Up menu at Cosi, a baked potato with chili from Wendy's, or a grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo and a side salad from just about any fast food joint. Go online and check out a few websites for their nutritional info, and make your choice from there based on what fits into your day.
