Possible or impossible?

I currently weigh 236 I have lost 15 lbs so far and I have A LOT more to go but I was just wondering on peoples thoughts and maybe advise on this goal I have set for myself. I am going to this dinner show on may 5th and I would like to be under 230 lbs so I would like to loose 6-8 lbs in 16 days do you think it is possible and any advise on how to do this?

    Depends how much water weight you still have to lose, but 6-8 lbs in 16 days isn't generally advisable.

    You can lose up to 4 pounds in two weeks which is a healthy way of losing weight. Anything more is an anomaly and it gets back on really quick.

    One thing that you could try is to eat foods which have diuretic affects like strawberries, Melon, drinks lot of coffee as well and hope for the best. One thing to watch out for is to avoid dehydration.

    Apart from that you may have to starve yourself and that is not advisable as your body will get back at you and will pile up more fat and eat up more muscle.
