Sorry I've been MIA for about a week. I wasn't feeling good, but I think I'm better now.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Didn't keep track.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Didn't keep track.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Only ate a few pcs of chocolate that my DH bought. Normally I would've eaten til it was gone.

What would I have done differently?
Drank more water. Journaled my food.

What is today's personal goals?
Journal Every Bite, Drink my all my water.


Daily Challenge: Min of 64 oz of water. (I know we did this not that long ago, but its a good habit to form)

    Not eat any cake.

    Ate less cheese.

    Keep on keeping on.
