Im stuck HELP!!!

Ive been working out for about three months now and have gained a lot of muscle but havent lost much weight. Im still stuck at 161 pounds. I can see the results as my muscles are growing but i still dont see a difference on the scale. Im getting discouraged and need tips on how to continue forward. Ive cut out all sodas and junk food. Im just not seeing the results I would like to see. Anyone have any advice?

    Track your measurements once per month using MFP's "check-in" tab. If you're truly gaining muscle you will become smaller and your clothes will become looser. Losing inches is a far better measure of success than what the scale shows.
