Does Excercise cause acid reflux?

My diet has changed recently and I'm drinking a lot more water and in I've gone from no workout's to 1-2 hours a day for the last ten days and I've noticed my throat feels narrow and like it has a lump, which from past experience feels like acid reflux. I was wondering if this is being caused by my new lifestyle and how to best treat it without over the counter or prescription medicine. I hate how it makes me feel like my airway is restricted.
Any advice would be great.

I take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with Mothers every morning and this has helped with the acid reflux.0

I usually do take ACV every morning but haven't for the last week which might explain the reflux. I had no idea it could help with reflux. I take it to help with water retention. Thanks for the info!0
