SBF2: Reboot Boogaloo! June 15th

Hi all,
Today is teaching followed by a session with my trainer.
And, eating my packed snacks (and taking time to eat them. . .I've been running really behind on getting my calories in during the day, and having to choose between cramming them in at night (bad) and not getting up to my goal (probably also bad).
And, waters and vits.

Hello.
V, you can eat some for me! I am having a hard time not eating too much. Maybe if you eat more then I will eat less.
I went for my jog this morning, this time around the school track. It's a 1/4 of a mile around a track right? I hope so. If it is then I jogged a mile and a quarter! :bigsmile: In spurts of course. I even sprinted the last 1/8th. Who knew I had it in me?
Then when I got home I found out I am bleeding again. :grumble: But no worries. I'm just getting old. :indifferent: Whatever. I'm going to call the doc again today and try to get some kind of answer. A friend said that was happening to her and it quit when she got on BC. Not doing BC.
Anyway, my exercise is done for the day! Squats and push ups too. I have Bible study this morning. I need to clean up really well because we have to take pictures of our house for the adoption paper work. It still stinks in here so I need to find that and fix it. I'll work on my Russian and do laundry.
That's my novel for today.

CP - have fun in Oregon - where are you going? Last time I was there was 15 years ago for our Honeymoon - we went to the dunes and to Portland - very cool - don't forget Powells bookstore - about 1/2 a day there should be enough
Let me tell you how hot it is right now - the AC can't keep up, so it's 81 degrees inside in the afternoon - also the "cold" water from the tap - isn't. However - it's not as bad as some relatives had it in North Texas - their power went out - and they were without AC for 2 days. Luckily the storms kept it a little cooler - but yuck.
Didn't get the yoga in yesterday, but ran 3 errands on the bike (about an hour ride) and went for a little walk. Today is yoga and walking.

Or, I could get roped into a meeting on campus and have to re-schedule w/ my trainer for later in the week.
I did get a lovely sunshiney walk in today, but I'll still count it as one of my two "days off".
