I have been working with a friend at the gym and she typically sets up work out routines for us to do...lunges, squats, etc., She has started a new cross fit program and I work 2 jobs so currently our schedules aren't meshing. I do NOT want to get lazy at the gym and I do not want to rely on the machines for my workout. I want to plan my own workout. Any websites you can suggestion I can look up and get exercise ideas/routines. I know I can look on youtube but sometimes I don't know the actual name of exercise...."you know that one move where you take your leg like this and arm like that" usually doesn't pull up anything successful on youtube or the internet. I am sure there has to be a reliable site out there that gives exercise ideas and maybe even pictures to show you proper form etc? Please help!

bodyrock.tv and ZWOW on youtube.
ETA - there are also some good circuits on pinterest if you are on there.0 -
topshape30.com could work for you - a new 30 day online fitness challenge that gives you a new move and it also teaches you about maintaining good posture and form when you exercise.0
