2 oz of dried thin spaghetti noodles = how much cooked?

Is 2 oz of dried spaghetti noodles = to one cup cooked? I saw this online but not sure if it's accurate.

    Yes, two ounces of spaghetti is about one cup (or eight ounces, depending on how you measure). This question drove me absolutely insane when I first started dieting. But I found a fantastic webpage that helped me. I'm pretty sure I know more about pasta than I will ever need to know.
