What are your non-food rewards?

In the past, I've had junk food to celebrate not eating junk food. I want some ideas for different self-rewards. What do you guys do?

I've been thinking a lot about this for when I reach my first goal as I want to avoid food rewards too
The ideas I've come up with so far are:
-Book a beauty treatment (eg. a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure etc)
-Get a new hairstyle
-Buy a new piece of clothing or pair of shoes
-Plan a fun day out (cinema, theme park?)
Looking forward to hearing other ideas!0 -
Watch a movie
Take a hot bath
Shopping for clothes I never thought would fit
Why not buy an outfit and just reward yourself by being able to flaunt it and your new body?0 -
I usually plan mini goals per pounds or inches loss. But my very first reward list (four years ago) was this below..
First ten pound loss- Massage
Fifteen pounds loss- New shoes
Twenty pounds loss- Beach weekend
Today my rewards are more fitness prone such as Full body massages/ Personal Training Sessions/ Wellness coaching sessions/ fitness gear such as boxing gloves, clothing, HRM etc.
Good luck to you :flowerforyou:0 -

I reward myself with $5 for every pound lost
--once I reach my first goal I will use that money to go shopping for some new clothes (maybe shoes too haha). It is a great incentive for me :-)

i have rewards for all my accomplishments, weight wise. I just recently hit 70 pounds lost, well 71 now and so im going this weekend to get a pedicure. I usually do pedicures, shopping, going to see a movie... whatever sounds fun. When i reach 100 pounds down, which will still be a while. Im going rock climbing with my hubby and im sooo excited for this!!!0

shopping for new clothes, of course! I went down a size and bought new clothes. My daughter was happy b/c she got a lot of my pants (and she looks so much better in them with her hourglass figure vs my flat butt figure!) Then I went down another size and my daughter is still happy b/c she'll fit into those too and I'm happy b/c we both got a new wardrobe!0

I survived and most likely won a Biggest Loser Contest at work (final results are coming in the next 2 weeks) so my reward this weekend is a day with my girlfriend who did a similar contest at her job. We are treating ourselves to a 1 hour massage, followed by a healthy lunch, and then an afternoon of shopping. Later that night we are getting together to go dancing and have a few drinks. I have been looking forward to this for 3 months!!0

My new beach bound bikini body or course! And a new gym outfit when I'm under 130lbs. I will need new shoes after my Hero Dash but I will be purchasing them prior.0
