Y'all! I'm stuck at 140!!!! I can't brake my plateau!!!! What to do???

I find that my plateau's are broken when I shake up my fitness routine. like adding a 30 min cardio before work .... or re-assigning my food (IE making sure I didn't eat processed cards at dinner etc). That is what help me ove humps to mose my first 100 lbs....
But I completely understand, these last 35 lbs are tougher than the first 100!!!!
