The myth of eating little and often

Just been reading up on this and was surprised to learn that the idea of eating smaller meals frequently to keep your metabolism burning is actually just a misinterpretation of the real facts.

Makes a lot of sense when you read that. I've had a quick look over the first two of the studies cited as well. Fascinating (if quite sciencey) stuff. Seems very much that the facts relating to TEF have just been taken out of context (Big meals store more fat etc).
