Do you need to add calories to diet?

Try this - Carnation Instant Breakfast. It's good any time of day. Excellent source of Calcium, Protein and with fat free milk 220 calories. Go nuts with it, add fruit and yogurt and put it in a blender (but remember the more you add the more calories in it). It's good for you and if you drink it an hour before you work out it gives you the energy you need.
