Good Morning Everyone!
Stuck with no loss this week but that's ok - working my butt off! Went on a good 2.5 mile jog friday and added in the same distance walking - my hubby jogged with me and my son rode his bike - great family time! Saturday evening, we went on a 2 hour walk...yesterday was a rest day - my body was feeling it - today will be a strength day.

Good morning! Hope this finds all of you well.
Got back from the river festival, and guess I did okay with my eating. I had my official weekly weigh in this morning, and lost 3.8 pounds for the week! I'm only 3 pounds away from my 50 pounds by the 4th of July goal!
