Dieting is most def the hardest thing for me. I'm fine with keeping up with my fitness training but the food... sigh, the food part is so hard! I find myself constantly having slips and I know I'm only cheating myself but I can't help it :-( Any advice to keep me on track long term?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Don't think of it as a 'diet'. Diets are temporary. Think of it as a lifestyle change.
Also don't think of anything as totally off limits. In any healthy eating plan (or unplanned!) you may want to eat something you try not to eat (much) of anymore. It's ok. Just have a little, amp up your workout, drink more water, and move on.
If you think of it as having to be perfect all the time, you will drive yourself nuts.0
