I just completed Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. How do I log that under my exercise?

i do a lot of her workouts and log it as 4.0 miles per hr.. for however long you did it.. then i will log the warm up and cool down for around 2.5 miles per hr.. hope that helps...0
