I can't seem to find pilates in the exercise database, any idea on what I should be looking for? Or how I should calculate my workout? I also noticed that spinning wasn't there but am using 'vigorous cycling' instead...
Thanks!
Thanks!

I just looked it up online and it said a 150lb person would burn 200calories for 30 minutes. If you weigh less, than you burn less and if you weigh more, you burn more.0

Good question ,I was wondering the same thing. :huh:0 -
I added it to mine. Best thing to do is wear an HRM and enter the calories. Or use an estimate from another site.0
