I just thought I'd share this...if you have a Lowes in your town and have young kids, check this out:

It's a clinic where the kids can build simple crafts...they provide the kids with a Lowes apron, safety goggles & a patch for each project they complete. And the best part...it's FREE! My kids have done it a couple of times and have had a great time. The crafts are really easy...Lowes has kid-sized hammers for the munchkins to use. And NO paint (at least at the ones we've been to so far)...so no mess, LOL!

According to the scheduled on the site, this is the project for May 12 (the day before Mothers' Day). It's a picture fram planter...seriously...how cute is this!

    My sons have done these, and really enjoy them.

    thanks I am going to look into it! We are planting a garden this years so this would be a great way to get them involved in the process! It is really cute!

    Just don't ever work for the company....awful doesn't even begin......will never give them a dime.

    Home Depot offers these workshops on the first Saturday of every month.

    We've done a bunch of those too...Lowes has them every other Saturday
