Being accountable for yourself

Started my diary about a month ago, having to be accountable for the things I put in my mouth, also when i work out has been a real eye opener. I've found that to be true to myself and really see what I'm eating..... having to post it has really helped me understand how many calories I consume.
So now if the think i want those extra chips, cookies, ect. and I've got to post it, compared to how much I need to work out just to burn it, it just isn't worth the xtra calories. Amazing tool here.

It is amazing Kelly. I have resisted having to track my food because I was "too busy." Turns out I was working out too much and not eating enough! That law of diminishing returns is really something. I love the simplicity and ease of using this program. I'm inspiring others to sign up as well. Being healthy is contagious.0
