I used to walk 3 miles a day, but that got boring. Now that it is warmer I decided to take up biking. I do it for 60 minutes a day at a good paste.. Can someone tell me if this is a good way to lose weight????

    Biking is an awesome way to lose weight. Try to switch it up with some running, the two compliment each other very, very well.

    Yes it's a great way to lose weight and it's also fun and nice way to get outside.
