Hurt myself...how can I exercise?

So for about the past two weeks the front of my right thigh has been really hurting. Because I of this I have not been able to run. What can I do in the mean time while I let my leg heal? I hope my leg feels better soon. Why is it taking so long? Thanks.

Go see a physio therapist to deal with the injury and put you on an exercise program. Its worth the $ as they personlize to your specific situtation. Taking suggestions from the web may result in making your injury worse and your recovery even longer.0
