1) Exercise in the Morning
2) Smaller Meals
3) Eat Slower
4) Never Skip Breakfast
5)Better Monitor Health
6) Hobbis are Fitness Related

It seems fairly standard and logical. I don't know who Dr. Oz is though.0

I like Dr Oz but am always put off when common sense things are presented as if they are revealing a new discovery to generate publicity for themselves. All of the fashion & fit magazines pull this insult off over and over. But I am guilty of looking everytime as if I will learn something new!0

2) Smaller Meals - sometimes
3) Eat Slower - than what?
4) Never Skip Breakfast -I do a lot
5) Better Monitor Health - this I do

That's because the general public is clueless when it comes to this stuff. It's all very simple: Move more, eat less. I know people who eat things like twizzlers and other candies because they're fat free without even blinking about the calories and sugar content in things.0
